UGC Recognition Letter

The University Grants Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka provides official recognition for selected foreign and local qualifications. Students who fall under any of the following categories are eligible to apply for the UGC Recognition Letter:

  1. Recognition of Foreign Universities
Qualifications offered by universities listed in the Commonwealth Yearbook and the International Handbook of Universities
  2. Recognition of Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HNDA)
HNDA holders seeking official confirmation of their qualification.
  3. Recognition of Degrees from Non-State Higher Educational Institutes
As specified through official Government Gazette notifications.

Beeta Campus supports all students and graduates in completing the UGC recognition process. This service ensures that your qualification is officially validated for employment, higher studies, migration, or professional registration in Sri Lanka. Students must provide accurate information and valid documents during the application to avoid delays.

Eligible applicants can easily submit their request through the UGC online recognition system. Once the request is verified and the required payment is completed, the UGC will process and issue the Recognition Letter.

Academic Document Verification

We warmly welcome all students to our Academic Verification Portal. Here, you can securely verify your certificates, transcripts, and study records.

Students who have completed certificate courses, diploma programs, or degree programs through our campus can now verify all their academic documents using the link provided below. This online verification service enables you to confirm study records, certificates, transcripts, and all related educational information easily, securely, and without delay.

During the previous three academic periods, student ID numbers were issued manually. However, with the recent digitalization of our academic management system, a new set of system-generated student IDs has been introduced. These updated identification numbers have already been sent to the respective students through the official campus email. Students are requested to use the new ID mentioned in the email for all future academic verifications and online services.

For students who will register from the academic year 2026 onwards, the newly introduced digital student ID numbers will be provided directly at the time of enrollment. Please ensure that you follow and use your assigned ID correctly, as it will be required for all verification procedures, documentation updates, and academic confirmations.
