Welcome to Beeta Campus! Our refund process is clear, fair, and student-friendly. We ensure timely handling of eligible refunds for course cancellations or withdrawals, following our policy guidelines. Application fees are non-refundable, and deadlines apply. Purpose & Scope

This policy outlines the terms under which students may receive refunds for course registrations, cancellations, or withdrawals at Beeta Campus. It applies to all students enrolled directly with Beeta Campus.

Refund Conditions for Cancellations

Prior to Course Start: A 40% refund is provided for cancellations made between 29 to 15 business days before the scheduled start of a training session or course.

Non-Refundable Fees

Application or registration fees are strictly non-refundable under Beeta Campus rules. Once paid, these fees cannot be returned under any circumstances, regardless of course cancellation, withdrawal, or other changes in enrollment status.

After Course Has Begun:

Cancellations or withdrawals after classes have started may result in financial penalties and might impact eligibility for future admissions.

  • Written Cancellation Request: Students must submit a written request to the Admissions Office prior to or according to the applicable deadline.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed based on the schedule above. It’s recommended to clarify the expected refund timeframe (e.g., within 2 – 3 months) even though specific timing isn’t currently published.
